Return Policy

Exchanges:

We will dispatch your replacement as quickly as possible once your return has been received, but please allow for delays during busy periods.

All exchanged items will be dispatched using a free standard delivery service.

Refunds:

We aim to refund you within seven days of receipt of your parcel which will be completed via your original payment method. Please bear in mind that there may be delays during busy periods.

Provided that:

You notify us within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.
You return the parcel within 20 days of receipt of the parcel.
The product is returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with labels intact.
 

How to return your order:

Contact us at support@ujtdht.shop and ask to return the item. We will send you a return label.

Please box and bag the shoes and take them to your local EVRI parcelshop having affixed the attached label to the bag.

Please get a receipt from the parcelshop to ensure it has been registered there.

 If you’d like an exchange please note what you’d like on the invoice and put it with the shoes. If you would like a refund, we will refund in full on receipt of the as new shoes.

Please note we are not liable for any parcel which is damaged or lost in transit when being returned.

We recommend that you obtain sufficient postal insurance for the return in case of any issues during transit.

 

Faulty items:

If you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us at support@ujtdht.shop as soon as possible to discuss the problem and the return.

Please return in a reasonable time in a clean and dry condition where possible.

Please enclose a covering note to explain the problem and your order number where possible and we will arrange to return your reasonable postage costs.

 

Items sent out incorrectly:

If an item has been sent out to you incorrectly, please inform our customer services team at support@ujtdht.shop as soon as possible. They’ll be happy to help resolve the matter.

The item must not be used and should be returned to us in perfect condition.

We offer customers the option of an exchange, providing the price of the item is the same or less than the one originally purchased otherwise a refund will take place. We will not charge you any extra for the exchanged shoes to be sent to you via our Standard Delivery service.

Refunds can only be made to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed once your return has been delivered to us.

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
